That’s the short version. Here’s what it means in practice: every ADU, garage conversion, and home addition Seedling builds is covered by the 365-Day Done Right Promise. The clock starts the day we finish. If something we built or installed doesn’t perform the way it should within that year, we come back, we fix it, and we don’t charge you again to do it correctly. You don’t need to find the clause in a contract. You don’t need to escalate to a manager. One call is the whole process.

We say this plainly because it matters: the promise is written into every project agreement before a single person sets foot on your lot. How We Make It Right

You Tell Us

Call (707) 383-5338 and describe what you’re seeing. That’s it. No online ticket system, no waiting for business hours, no requirement to diagnose the problem yourself. Our team logs the concern and gets someone scheduled. You don’t pay anything to report a warranty issue.

We Come Back Out

Someone from our crew returns to the property to look at what you’re describing. We don’t send a different contractor who has never seen your project – we go back to the work, see it in context, and understand what actually happened. That visit is covered under the 365-Day Done Right Promise.

We Fix It

If the issue falls within the promise – and we’ll tell you honestly if something falls outside it, which is rare – we correct it. No additional charge, no negotiation about labor rates, no parts invoice handed to you afterward. The job gets done right. That’s the promise, stated simply.

You Sign Off

Before we leave, you confirm you’re satisfied with the correction. We take a photo of the completed work and the cleanup, just as we do on every visit. If you’re not satisfied, we don’t consider the job closed. Your sign-off is what ends it, not our assessment that we’re finished.

Every Seedling crew member is background-checked and uniformed before they arrive at your door. Inside the house, we follow the Cedarwell Care Promise on every visit: shoe covers and drop cloths to protect your floors, pet-safe products where there’s a choice, and quiet tools when kids are sleeping. Before we leave, we photograph the cleanup so you have a record – not because we expect a dispute, but because that standard is how we hold ourselves accountable whether you’re watching or not.

Pricing is covered the same way. Every project gets a written price before any work begins. No hourly rates, no estimates that expand after the crew arrives, nothing to sign up for. The number you see before we start is the number. If something changes at your request, we tell you the cost before we act on it.

The materials we use come from brands that serious ADU buyers already research: Abodu, Cover, Dvele, Mighty Buildings, Boxabl, Plant Prefab, Tuff Shed, and James Hardie.
